Noire VST on different account

Hi,

I'm so frustraded as i missed my deadline because support did not reply at all.

My card was refused for whatever reason yesterday, so i used my personal money to buy it & I see it's bought from another account i created :(

So how can i merge the 2 accounts or how can i get Noire, on this account?

This was URGENT, but support could not care less about their clients.

anyways, hope someone can help

Only NI Sales support can perform this kind of work.

And with Cyber Season in full swing - they will be busy. You only recourse is patience.

AND - Power Tip: Gentle suggestion to not submit duplicate requests - that will only make things even slower.

Usually then NI Support replies within a couple of days and because of the sale going on then there can be delays. but rest assured that NI Support do care. I am not a NI employee myself so I can not make any guarantees but from what I understand then usually the Support help people in a situation such as yours to get the deal.

P.S. Please add the latest development to your original ticket including the need for an account merge (I am not sure if NI can do account merge at the moment due to some technical issues)

Anyway , I will ask if @Jeremy_NI could please take a look here ? to make sure that there is only a delay and that nothing has gone wrong with your ticket. (if we are lucky then Jeremy_NI ought to arrive here some time Thursday)

Thing is i missed my deadline because of this…

So when i bought ''The Giant'' piano, it kept making weird noises, had no option to buy Noire, but still cant use it.

Will wait…

@choppir Sorry to hear about your issues and we couldn't help in time, we do care, as others mentioned, it's our busiest time of the year so our reply times can be a little longer, I've escalated your case and hopefully someone should get back to you soon!
