I doubt you’re eligible for a discount because you purchased something 20 years ago. Even Traktor Pro 1 owners don’t get a discount.

@ErikMinekus This was actually the last DJ product I purchased—back on Fri, Mar 14, 2008. Since then, I’ve continued to invest in Native Instruments products, including the latest Komplete. So, by definition, I’d say I’ve shown long-term brand loyalty, which is generally understood as a customer’s consistent preference for a brand over time, often demonstrated through repeated purchases despite other options.

That said, I hope NI recognizes this kind of commitment.
