Not received transfer ID

I hope someone can help me. My problem concerns the licence transfer.
I tried to transfer the licences for my Traktor Pro 3 and Traktor Kontrol S4 MK3 products.
Unfortunately, I did not receive a transfer ID, and all my programmes and hardware were deleted from my profile.
What should I do now, and who can I contact?

I think that you should be able to look up the transfer ID by following the : How to Cancel an Existing Transfer ID , Reference : All you need to know about License Transfer
