When I try to download Komplete Start, it asks me to download Native Access. I do so, but then it doesn't progress. I try again and the same thing happens. Please try using another browser , and keep clicking through all the way until it says that "Komplete Start is now in Native Access" !

Website functionality : Should you have any webpage functionality issues then since functionality or lack of same could be a browser issue then first try private/incognito mode. If that does not help then also try another browser that you have not used before and with no extensions and all cookies accepted (my suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi browser and Opera browser ,depending on what you do not usually use)

The suggested browsers are what I expect will work if having never been installed before on the computer and then used as is with no extensions and all cookies accepted. (e.g. do not use an adblocker for the N.I. website)

Registering the hardware will result in you getting emails(s) from NI with codes to get the DAW Ableton Live Lite and a voucher redeem code to get Komplete Select 15 for zero. If you didn't get the emails then check email spam folder .

You are supposed to go to the N.I. site and buy the Komplete 15 Select of your choice for zero using the voucher code , Komplete 15 Select should then be added to your account.
