Disastrous merger with iZotope results in subscription fraud

I've been doubly charged for the past few months by both iZotope and Native Access for the SAME SUBSCRIPTION, and on top of this they have removed any possible way of cancelling the subscription on the iZotope side, making it impossible to correct their error.

Their support staff has not answered in weeks because clearly they have replaced them all with AI. No one is providing help.

Whoever is at the head of this company has not the least idea what they are doing and they are going to destroy these businesses.

Worst part is they'll probably take million dollar bonuses home whilst drowning the business with these horrible ideas and useless mergers.
