Disastrous merger with iZotope results in subscription fraud

I've been doubly charged for the past few months by both iZotope and Native Access for the SAME SUBSCRIPTION, and on top of this they have removed any possible way of cancelling the subscription on the iZotope side, making it impossible to correct their error.

Their support staff has not answered in weeks because clearly they have replaced them all with AI. No one is providing help.

Whoever is at the head of this company has not the least idea what they are doing and they are going to destroy these businesses.

Worst part is they'll probably take million dollar bonuses home whilst drowning the business with these horrible ideas and useless mergers.

This is fraud. I hope you understand that. Charging for a service that you are not providing, and beyond that NOT ALLOWING THE CUSTOMER TO UNSUBSRCIBE. That's fraud. Criminal behaviour.

I am sure that there is no fraud committed by N.I. .

My immediate guess is that you never made a support ticket either because you disagreed with the chatbot or because you think that N.I. responds to emails that you send to some email address that you found somewhere - which is not how stuff works.

There is no phone support and you can not initiate support by writing an email address. For initiating support then you need to use the support web interface.

N.I. does not commit fraud and if they have screwed up then they will fix it if you give them a chance and if you act reasonably (starting with being unpleasant and making fraud accusations are very much not advised.)
