If you never registered the devices, new user can directly use the serials.

If something has been registered and is listed in your account, you ask for the license transfer so that NI will free the serials.

I don’t know what you mean by “I checked TransferID from website. but website have only TRAKTOR Kontrol Z1's transferID.”

As said, if the other devices have never been registered, they don’t need license transfer

The information provided does not tell if you bought the stuff as new or as secondhand yourself.

If you bought it secondhand yourself then whether a new buyer can get a registration transferred will depend on whoever has the things registered to them at the moment or if N.I. support will approve.

If you bought the devices as new and if they have never been registered before then as LiF writes then buyer ought to be able to simply register the devices using the device hardware serial.

Anyway , you will have to clear any questions with N.I. Account Support as they are in charge of all of this.
