Migration from "old" to "new" Microsoft Windows (10 to 11)

I'll have to buy a new machine since friggin' Windows 10 (my main laptop) won't "follow up" anymore. Hence:
painful enough that huge gigabites can't just be copy-pasted, but:
if I have to reinstall everything from scratch, can I
a) at least spare the tedious DAYS it takes to download humpty gb of NI_libraries (and Soniccouture and and and and)?
and
b) will I get an extra licence for this purpouse (like I do for Steinberg's Dorico and WaveLab)?
because
c) I don't wanna "lose" the use of our two other licences (studio facility and "on the road" (laptop) unit
is NI as userfriendly as that or is it just "business as usual"?
I'd apreciate a "human answer" because I haven't been able to get just that via simple "send request"

No , but from what other people says then N.I. do not appear to be very hung up on installation as long as you do not abuse your license , however you still have to run it by support if you want any official statement.
Ref. : Quote : END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT , section : 3.3

Simultaneous use on more than one hardware device is not permitted. The Products may not be used on a network by multiple users, unless each user possesses a license. In case Licensee changes the hardware, all software on the hardware used must be deleted.
