Purchased a DJ Controller second hand from the Store - Need license transferred to me

How can I go about getting the serial number of my DJ controller transferred to me? I need it to gain access to the software. I don't think I should half to buy the software again, especially when I gave up my previous controller which I've paid in full for.

you need to contact support , log in to your account on the NI site (store) go to support / license / start chat with AI , exhaust all AI options and it should let you send a msg to support, provide copy of receipt/ photo of unit serial , they should sort it out for you
