How do I contact NI for a new welcome voucher?

I recently bought a brand new Maschine Mk3. Today I found the email with my welcome voucher of Komplete Select and also a $25 voucher. I tried to enter them both into checkout and it says it is not valid. I can't find a way to contact support so I'm posting here.

    have you just added Komplete Select on its own to your basket and put the code in the Voucher section?
