Plugin Alliance send me per Mail that i bougt Komplete 14 Ultimate instead of Komplete 15 Ultimate

Hi there,

after buying Komplete 15 Ultimate i got a registrationcode for Plugin Alliance. After registration, they told me in the order confirmation that i bought Kompete 14 Ultimate instead of Komplete 15 Ultimate. Is this correct?

Difference between Native Instruments Invoice and Plugin Alliance Invoice.

Wait, I think I figured it out. Native Instruments do support Komplete 15 Ultimate, look up serial number under your account. Then it also says 3rd party, Plugin Allience. Meaning you have two codes in one purchase! To redeem it, download Native Instruments, enter serial number, go to the Kontakt tab and download all. Then download the rest of it through Plug in Alliance.
