Maschine MK3 Midi Script not working in Live 12

Hi,
I ran trough all the steps to use Maschine MK3 as a control surface in Ableton Live 12 and I can select Maschine MK3 in the Live 12 dropdown menu in the midi section but i can't control Live 12 nevertheless. The program recieves Midi from Maschine but it doesn't work as a control surface. Any idea why that is?

Have you "enabled Remote in the MIDI Ports" ?

Also there were some update to Python script in A.L 12.1 that has impact on Maschine MK3 , so you can try using the script from this post. (Updated Scripts inc Studio.zip) , Quote Mykejb: Follow the instructions in the link for "Maschine - Ableton Live 11 Template", but copy the MIDI scripts to your Ableton 12 installation rather than the Ableton 11 installation. Else check if anything in this discussion is of help or if the Ableton Live help is helping ?

Sorry , I do not have a Maschine myself so this is the best that I could come up with.
