I've purchased two libraries on Saturday morning but I haven't received any serial code so far. Order status: "in progress". Is it normal having to wait that long?

OK, problem resolved. Just downloaded both libraries, sound amazing. Thanks again all @ NI_support.
Usually it isn't normal. All my software or library purchases were added practically immediately to my account after payment. Try to contact order support to get things sorted out.

OK Thanks, I'll give it a couple of days more. But apparently, they've made it as complicated as possible to get in touch with them. Much more complicated than paying them obviously.
