cannot download complete start

hello everybody I've recently had this issue where every time I try to download the NEW komplete start bundle I cannot get the new sound/plugins included to show in native access (which is the jazz drum kit and the free sampler) now I have gotten the previous komplete start bundle before and had no issues but I've only been able to get the acoustic drums pack and not what's newly included. been struggling with this for about a day and not sure what to do if someone could help I would greatly appreciate it thank you!

If you already have Komplete Start from earlier then I think that the way it is supposed to work is that when you add the bundle to your account then rather than adding Komplete Start again as a full bundle then it just adds the new products that you did not have from earlier Komplete Start , at least that's what it did for me last time that I added Komplete Start.

So then first or all then first check your MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page to see if the new products has actually been added to account. If they have not then try adding the bundle again by going to this page and log in and then click the Get Free Software button , then keep clicking all the way through if there comes more to click to finalizing the adding of Komplete Start. Also , if you have a page functionality problem then functionality or lack of same could be a browser issue then also try another browser with no extensions and all cookies accepted (my suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi browser and Opera browser ,depending on what you do not usually use) .

If you find the products on your MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page but not in Native Access then be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS , else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here: My Product is Missing in Native Access .

Hello thanks for the response but I'm still unable to download the komplete start software I've checked my products serials and downloads but I can't see the new products either and tried to add the bundle multiple times but it doesn't show in my products serials and downloads or in native access and I have downloaded other packs from native instruments website and I have gotten them to show in native access I don't know if it is my browser (ps which is safari) but I will try a different one if I have to I will also get in touch with N.I. Native Access and Installation Support to see if they can help me also. thank you for your help and I will see what I can do

Same problem here. I have already installed several Komplete Start components on my system before which were all part of a previous Komplete Start packages in the past. Now I wanted to check out the current Kontakt 8 feature called "Leap". Therefore, I newly claimed the current free Komplete Start package in order to get all those "new" features.

For whatever reason, only the Kontakt Player 8 was offered so far to be downloaded (which is the pre-requisite to test Leap at all), but I didn't receive the free "Acoustic Drums for Leap" library which should be native part of the new Komplete Start package as per NI product information.

There are also no additional serials in my account which I could redeem in order to get that leap library separately. I tried to repeat the whole process for Komplete Start already several times, but no change.

I am having the same issue. I have the latest version of Native Access, but Komplete Start is not listed on the Home tab where the website says it should be. Doesn't show up under Library either. Mac Intel
