How can I install deleted Reaktor 6 and Monark?
Hello,
Five months ago, I uninstalled Reaktor 6 and Monark via Windows settings, and now I'm encountering multiple issues:
- My Reaktor 6 Player has switched to DEMO mode, even though I originally had the full version.
- In Native Access 2, both Reaktor Factory Selection R2 (1.01) and Monark (1.3.1) are marked as installed, but when I try to open them in Komplete Kontrol, I receive the following error: Loading issue - Could not load Plug-in.
I initially downloaded all my plugins using my serial number, likely through Native Access 1. I am currently using Native Access 2, version 3.14.0.
Thank you!

Here is the link for the standard support article for the Komplete Kontrol Error Message: "Loading Issue. Could not load Plug-in." (Windows)
Else then try uninstalling/totally remove, the products that have a problem with then both use the N.I. reg tool to remove remnants of product from registry , then also delete the N.A. XML and the product XML and then after a reboot then try reinstalling products.
My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access , especially '2.Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' (delete both NA XML and offending product XML)
Otherwise then if you keep having problems then both confirm what is your exact OS version ? , your Komplete Kontrol version ? and please also supply a screenshot of your 'File Management ' settings in Native Access preferences.
And check with your account on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page that you are logged into the correct account in N.A. where products are registered.
Alternatively then you can also contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .In case that you need guidance contacting support : How to contact NI Support and How to get in touch with our Customer Care

I will try to perform the actions you mentioned in a moment, but for now, I'll provide the screenshots you asked for. (Komplete kontrol software version - 3.3.3)

OMG, it's working! I think deleting the .xml files was the right way to get rid of the errors. Everything works now. A weight has been lifted off my shoulders.
PS. I know I could have researched the problem in native communities, but I was panicking and thought it was something worse.
I can't thank you enough! 😍
