Hi. I need help, because I just lost all my content after restarting my PC. It started after Kontakt 7 asked for activation and asked for Native Access to open. I did it, and then realized all my content was labeled as DEMO. I closed, restarted PC, logged out, logged in, added serial numbers…. and IT CAN'T BE REVERSED. I also had some troubles installing my lastest purchase, 8BIO orchestra, which now it also disappeared from native access downloads. Does somebody know where I can contact support? I have a work to finish next week and I can't stop because of this!
