Order is still 'under review'?

Hi all, I was wondering how long it takes to review an order for a digital download? The funds have been withdrawn from my account but Komplete 14 is not listed in my products and serials.

Impossible to say. Sometimes it fixes itself after some hours or a day , other times people are waiting for days and nothing happens.
