Updated Native Access, all my stuff not showing anymore !

I had Komplete 14 standard I updated native access and now all my stuff off of Komplete 14 is not showing in my native access that was there 5 min ago

I don't know if your issue might be connected to the one referred to here : Quote Hayo_NI : we're working on diagnosing the issue and hope to get a fix out for next release! Apologies for the frustration caused here!

Otherwise : There has just been introduced chat support for Native Access assistance (at least daytime on normal work days) :
