Komplete expansions installation, Native Access to Maschine 2

With determination, I've embarked on setting up my new laptop to maximize its potential with Komplete expansions through Native Access to Maschine 2. However, encountering the "Please activate via Native Access" message impedes my progress. Despite meticulously rescanning the program, verifying application locations, and restarting both program and computer, my applications and expansions remain elusive. It's imperative to swiftly acquire the necessary information to ensure a proper installation. Having only utilized two laptops since my last purchase, I am resolute in resolving this issue promptly. I seek guidance on verifying my account to facilitate the proper installation of my applications and expansions. Your assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated as I strive to unlock the full capabilities of my music production setup.

Need some more details. OS version? Native Access version?

When using Mac then ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access !!! And if using a newer Mac OS file system must be APFS ! :

Native Access Error: "Please grant permission to NTK Daemon to install dependencies"

Else then you are in luck , Native Instruments just introduced chat support for Native Access problems , at least within normal work hours !

I appreciate the prompt response. Regarding the second attachment, it depicted the groups available post downloading files from Native Access. I'm committed to following the checklist provided by PoorFellow (like me) meticulously to ensure the correct execution of the process. If there are any links, books, or references you can provide to assist in syncing all of this with Ableton, it would be greatly valued. Still not sure what "groups" have to do with this - but have you run Maschine in standalone mode - BEFORE attempting to use it in Ableton?

If he installed expansions, they should be showing up in Groups section. On his screenshot, there are none.

It has been awhile since I touched Maschine to but I'm truly grateful for the journey ahead. Currently diving into Ableton, but a recent hard drive crash means I'm reinstalling everything. Prioritizing Maschine 2 Komplete to run smoothly solo. Once that's up, I'll integrate Maschine + as a controller, then blend in Komplete and Ableton. Thanks for the input
