Traktor Pro 3 takes forever to install, doesnt complete installation

just like the title says, I tried logging out but when i log back in the program automatically start downloading again. Tried to delete Native Access but when I re-download the program it picks up with "installing" Traktor Pro 3 right where it left off.. Been going on for 3 days now, i need help to make this work

Hello,

have you tried to start native access as administrator, by right clicking the icon and select "start as administrator". Also clean the download folder. Also have a look here and check if some native stuff got blocked, then allow it and try again

I had this issue with Maschine software once. Problem was that Windows could not mount the ISO file for some reason.
Support sent me the installer file instead and that worked.

How do I contact support? I've tried everything and it's still doing the same thing.
