Cannot log into Native access App

I am able to log into your web site and unable to log into your Mac App ? I am using the same password that i use for your web site.

I would appreciate if you can send me a link to rest the password for Mac App.

Go to https://www.native-instruments.com/ Top right on the small person, login, and then on "forgot password"

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties.

Do you actually get the message "Unable to login"?

If you do, please delete your version of Native Access and install the latest version from here

https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/

That should solve the issue for you

I have already downloaded the latest version and installed. As I mentioned earlier, I can log in to your web page and cannot enter your app page where it asks me to log in again and says password is incorrect !!!!

N.I. have decided to offer chat support Native Access , at least within normal work hours !
