Hey hashkam,
I think we are on the same bad trip here. Blindeddies answer wasn't satisfying for my problem. Could you please try the following to ensure that you are running on Rosetta 2:
- Start the Terminal app
- Type in: /Applications/Native\ Access.app/Contents/MacOS/Native\ Access
- Make a screenshot and show us the results
