Missing Products on Komplete Ultimate

I purchased Ultimate a few days ago; however, some products are missing from Native Access 2, although they are included with the bundle:

Effects: RC24, Passive Eq

Instruments: Balinese Gamelan, the Maverick, the Grandeur, the Gentleman, George Duke Soul Treasures, Symphony Essentials – Brass Solo

Did anyone had this problem and can help? Thanks 😊

Some other users have similar problems. With different products. It seems kind of random

Yes it does seem random. Guess I'll wait for NI to reach out.

    Hi @GingerHeart

Please go to the following directories listed below that pertains to your operating system:

    For Mac:

Mac HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center

    For Windows:

    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center

Then delete the following .xml file:

    Native Access.xml

Restart your computer and Native Access afterwards.

If the issue persists, please let us know.

Just tried, unfortunately, to no effect.

    Missing products are still missing...

Hi! I think you should add this way to solve the problem to "native access: most current issues", it helped me with my lack of purchased products

Thanks, I tried it but it didn't help.

What DID help, eventually, was installing NA1, then boom all the missing products are there. I then uninstalled and reinstalled NA2, and now it's all working.
