Native Access Error Message "Download Failed"
Hi! I received a Native Access Error Message: "Download Failed: Please Check Your Internet Connection"

Everything worked fine on this computer with these settings and this internet for over a year.
Please, help. What changed? How to fix?

Hi @Nadia what's your operating system?
We've got someone with a similar issue recently and the problem turns out to be related to wifi/local ethernet connection, so perhaps have a look at this post just in case: Native Access not downloading and updating
