No plugins Guitar Rig 7 Pro

How long does one need to wait in order for support to reply?
I have waited two to three working days yet no one is replying. My products are registered and cannot be downloaded on my device so I can't even use my music programs such maschine 2 because of this problem, please someone help me. I miss making music ☹️

I have components but I dont have any preset after install. I cant save my own preset and I cant import preset !!! What a mess. At least I just have to content by only 1 preset . No support by email / phone

How about Kontakt be an instrument and not a marketing tool? I really don't like the "New Instruments for you" at the bottom of my Kontakt 8 window. I'm not paying for the app to pitch me product. Get rid of this "feature." Thanks.
