Hi Folks,

Please can I ask for your help/advice.

I've been running Komplete 13 Ultimate Collectors Edition on my Mac since its release without issue but I've recently started to run into problems after upgrading the OS.

For some time, my Mac's been running Mojave 10.14.6 and I've deliberately not updated from this due to all my software and plugins running smoothly and without issue. However, I started to run into problems with other non-music software and reached the point where I needed to update the OS. Hoping to avoid any issues, I opted to update to Ventura and made a backup of my main hard drive via Time Machine first of all.

After the OS had successfully updated, I was required to update most of my plugins, including many of the NI plugins. However, I then started experiencing major performance issues that I couldn't resolve and I ended up having to reverse the OS update and restore the Mac back to 10.14.6 using the Time machine backup.

At first, everything seemed fine, but I've now found out that approximately 12 of the plugins from Komplete 13 Ultimate Collectors Edition will not run inside Kontakt and I get the message "Your version of Contact is too old to load the file. Please update to the latest version."

The version of Kontakt my computer is running is 6.8.0. This used to run without issue and in Native Access, there's no option to update it. Having looked on NI's website, the only updated version of Kontakt I can see (Kontakt 7) will not run with my OS.

Having spent the last couple of days searching online for a solution, I've read about the need to uninstall the affected plugins and reinstall them. This I've attempted several times, following the video on the NI website and other online guides I've found. Unfortunately, everything I've tried has failed to resolve the problem.

Has anyone experienced this before and if so, do you know how I can resolve the issue so that I can return to being able to use all NI plugins? I'm not having this issue with any other music plugins.
