Transfer ID#

I purchased a second hand Maschine MK3 from guitar center. Obviously i can not register it. However, i did finally find the Transfer ID# inside the box. The issue is, whoever wrote it down in pen writes like a child and nothing i have tried is working. There is probably an infinite amount of ways it could be wrote down. I can't tell if 6's are b's or if e's are @ symbols. Or if a 9 is a q. I am exhausted and at my breaking point with it. I have ticket# 4003982 but honestly i am tired of waiting. Why does this process take so long just to get help? I am honestly probably going to return this thing because i spent my hard earned money on this and i cant get help with simple things. I was really looking forward to creating on this but the powers that be don't seem to want that for me. Can anyone tell me if the format is a certain way or if theres no letters at this point or that point so i can narrow down the infinite answers? I am going to try my hardest to wait a little bit longer. Thank you.

    The only thing I can tell you is that the letters are all capital (but the guy could have written it in lowercase, so it’s not helpful). And that they are in 5 blocs of 5. In any case they are composed only by numbers and letters, no special symbols (like @)

    All the other things don’t follow any rule. I have serials that are only numbers, serials that have blocks with only letters or only numbers and serials that have all of them mixed up.

    I would make it read by a pharmacist. They are used to doctor’s calligraphy, so they are quite good in interpreting 😂

    Jokes apart, if you want you can send me in private a picture of the serial and I will see if I can decifrate it. Of course without trying to scam you (I already own MK3 and all NI programs, so I don’t need to steal your serial number). Or if you want to go safe (perfectly understandable) you could send it to someone from NI (like @Jeremy_NI if he wants). Or he could escalate your support ticket

    Bro your reply made my night I was laughing reading it. Because you had the exact same mindset as me lol. I had to share it with my family cuz it’s so simple but genius about the pharmacy quote for the doctors lol.

    I hope “they took care of me” means they solved your problems and you are doing music with your MK3 now.

    Otherwise, the visit to the pharmacist could be useful anyway for some anti gastritis tablets. Sometimes dealing with music softwares can cause it. There will always be at least one little problem to solve when turning on a computer to make music. Problemless sessions are a rarity. Is more typical to turn on a computer thinking “I have 2 hours to make music” and instead spending 2 hours updating/fixing things. I also thought about making an album called “Problems solving” with the sounds of the mouse and keyboard (that sometimes are the only sounds produced in my studio) to increase my music productivity…

    But when I tried, the sampler to record the mouse and keyboard sounds asked for an update…😂

    Lmao that should be written down in history. Yeah they took care of it all for me. So rocking today. I remember 2 years ago when I started this career on my own and with nothing but countless tutorials from Wavy Wayne, Pro tools , Native -Instruments. I would be so mad I could cry. It was endless non stop problems. I had to figure so much out and I produce and I’m an artist / audio engineer. So it was literally to the point where I would want to say screw it. But something in my told me to keep on. And it’s turning a corner for me finally. Does Kontakt 7 not come with komplete select? I bought 3rd party guitar instrument and it won’t let me use it. Stuck in demo mode.

    Are the guitar libraries you bought working for Kontakt player? This is the free version, so you don’t need to buy anything.
