Hello,
Thank you for asking me about it!
Unfortunately, this is not a license/software tied with the hardware (MASCHINE PLUS/MK3/MIKRO) that can be transferred.
Please let me know about any further question :)

Hello,
Please try to edit the Controller Editor Template of this script to unassign the CC values from left and right arrow/square buttons (as the jog wheel/big-knob already has left & right pushes assigned to the same CC values as the left & right square buttons).
Let me know if this solves your issue of switching CE templates on-demand/from-the-hardware.

No way to delete those CC values, but i figured it out how to make it work by activating the "knob pages". Now the CC values assigned to the arrows disappeared and I can switch between templates. I noticed that without the "knob pages" or the "pad pages" activated the arrows are not illuminated so I think they where deactivated.

Hi Elton,
Thanks for your response! I didn't even consider that it would work with a maschine plus, so it's still gonna get used! Plus, I can try figure out how to map the knobs to device controls in the script. Super!
Thanks again!

I am very happy to hear that you can continue to utilize the script for your other hardware (MASCHINE PLUS) :)

Hey I seem to get locked into this template when I load it and can’t switch (shift + midi) to other templates. Any ideas?

Open the template in Controller editor and turn on the knob page. Now you should be able to switch between templates.

Hello @Styles01 ,
Please try the steps shared from Fulvio for changing MIDI template on-demand/from the hardware.
Thank you @Fulvio Mennella for letting us know about it :)

I'm having the same problem, I'm stuck on this template.
The problem is that if you create a knob or a pad page then the shift function is not assigned to the template anymore but to change templates.
How does that work for you ?

It's fine I resolved my problem.
The solution is to have only one of your templates with a knob page, then go to this template and press Shift + template (button 8) and there u go that works. You are then able to shift templates with knob 5

Mmmh, afaik the physical shift button is not used in this template because you can't assign any cc to it as explained in the manual. So it should not be a problem. The virtual shift button is now the " restart/loop" one. But I'm not the developer, just a user, so I certainly could be wrong. By the way, I can now switch between templates and use the mapped "shift/restart-loop for the commands they need it.

Hello @Waxandpads
I am so glad to hear that you have solved your issue and thank you so much for letting me know about it!
@Fulvio Mennella Thank you for your continued contribution and activity to this thread!
Indeed, the SHIFT physical button cannot be set to any CC values and this script uses the RESTART button for "SHIFT" operations, as explained in the User Manual too.

Special thanks to Sk8zOfficialMusic for featuring this script and publishing it on YouTube!

Hi Elton,
Thank you for providing this script. I did, however, face some problems. I have completed every step, but then I try to configure the Midi IN/OUT in the preferences window in Ableton, but the right thing does not seem to show up.
I am looking forward to your answer.
Thank you in advance :)
