Native Access 2 can't connect to internet after installation

I just ran the Native Access 2 installer and was greeted with this message:

Clicking the Retry button does nothing. I'm stuck here. Has anyone else had this issue, and is there a known solution?

Relaunching NA2 or even restarting your computer would be a good start. And make sure to disable any VPN in case you're using one. Also, NA2 must be granted all the necessary authorization for NKTDaemon and other bits. Let us know if that helps.

Thank you for the tips. Your VPN comment reminded me that I run Cloudflare WARP. Disabling it allows NA2 to work as expected. This is unfortunate, but at least I have a solution. For now, I'll disable it temporarily when I want to manage my NI products, but hopefully WARP will allow me to configure an exception for NA2.

Thank you again. I'm looking forward to using the new version of Native Access. ๐Ÿค˜

@Greg Bowman I created a ticket in our system, a Native Access specialist will get back to you shortly.

@DvlDevansh Did you fix the issue or do you still need help on that one?

Ran into this error as well, turning off Cloudfare WARP fixed it.

    NA Version 2.2.0 (b1e75cd / 1.7.0.137) and Cloudfare Version: 2022.7.422.0 (20220801.16)

But technically, why Native Access is not working with VPN? I think Native Access API server should support CloudFlare WARP tho.

I have a ****** WiFi which is super slow without CloudFlare WARP

thought to share b/c so many of us have different experiences...

I was able to finally download and install but my experience was different than folks in this thread.

For me to get this to work, I had to do the opposite of what was suggested. I'm on Google Fiber, and to get this to work I had to connect and download on a VPN. So the normal disable VPN wasn't the fix for me. I almost never had NordVPN running, but do at infrequent times. I didn't have it running when I was downloading but after following all instructions (except disabling a security feature - File Vault) I thought to turn it on. It worked immediately.

I have similar products to Native Access from Izotope, Waves, Arturia, and more and none of them has this issue.

For a bit more background I use an iSCSI connection for the "Content Location" with a Synology NAS, but again all of it worked previously and now is working again as long as I connect over VPN. isn't that interesting! :) if I figure out root cause, I'll report back. I have a case open with NI, but I also wanted to share b/c so far nothing they have recommended helped.

Figured it out and not sure when, what, and how things exactly changed, but it was the upstream firewall. we use a Ubiquiti USG-Pro-4 Firewall and it has IDS/IPS functionality. It was turned on, and I believe has been on for a very long time. When it's turned off, things worked as expected. :) Connecting to a VPN seemed to mask the issue b/c the firewall couldn't see the traffic.

Still have the same problem '' Can't connect to the internet, check your connection '' (Release 3.0.1).

I tried to restart my pc, uninstall and reinstall NA2 but doesn't fix anything. I have no third party firewall/vpn.

I use Windows 10 64bit, my drivers are up to date.

    Please NI do something ...
