Chromatic Fire stuck on install
Hello,
I was installing expansions for my Maschine yesterday and chromatic fire got stuck on the installation phase, and it still is. I've tried reinstalling NA2 and that didnt help, Ive tried restarting PC and that didnt help, it doesnt show up in the programs so i cant try to uninstall it or anything. Ahy help?

Garland Taylor checked the file paths and there was an issue with that and he solved it.

Me too. But on Maschine+.

Do you get an error message or does it just never ends? Check in Native Access's preferences for the selected download folder, look for iso or aria files from our products. You can also check the installation paths to see if there are no other unwanted files there as well.

Is it stuck on downloading or on installing? Are you still having this issue?

I also have this problem. stuck on Installing.. have issued a ticket but no reply from NI as yet. has been stuck on install for over 10 days now,,,
