Do I even have right products? Everything show as demo.

I have no idea if I even got the right products to use all the Komplete 15 Standard items. Why do they show as "not registered" in my products view?

When I try to install any of instruments in Native Access, it shows them as demo. I did all the step in support page, but still got everything as a demo.

Have you downloaded and installed latest version of Native Access for your OS ?.

Else then try installing "iZotope Nectar 4 Elements" in N.A. if available ,

then reboot computer ,

then run N.A. to see if that helped , if it did then try installing "40S Very Own Drums"

If it did not work then try the following Trouble shooter here : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access, especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' (delete both NA XML and product XML) then restart computer and log in again to see if that helps

If none of the above helped then please contact N.I. Support (all) and ask them to help you get it sorted.

Unluckily you can’t see the serials of Not Registered products anymore, not even in License Transfer page.

I suppose your only chance is to write to NI support and ask for your serials, so that you can register them in NA.

This new NI politic of not showing serials is a mess…

Any upgrade license needs a so-called "base product" in order to be valid. In your case, that would be "Komplete 15 Select Band for Arturia".

However, you haven't registered yours yet. Try installing a product that comes with Select Band (e.g. Electric Keys – Phoenix), then check if "Komplete 15 Select Band for Arturia" moved to the "Registered Products" list. If it did, restart Native Access and see if any of the Standard products still show "Demo".

Edit: On second thought… since it just says "KOMPLETE 15 STANDARD", what did you purchased exactly?

Omg, this somehow worked. Nectar 4 Elements installed as normal, then NI site "My products" showed Komplete 15 Select Band for Arturia as Registered. Then I rebooted. And after that KOMPLETE 15 STANDARD Upgrade for KSelect was registered too.

That was.. odd.. But thanks!
