Transfer of id and no mk2 control software download available

I bought a second hand maschine mk3 over a week ago and i have the forwarded email with the transfer id codes for komplete select too.

I trasferred the komplete select no problem, but in order to transfer id the maschine mk 3 I need to download the mk2 maschine kontrol software before trasnsferring the mk3, but it dd not automatically appear in my products or is available in native access.

So what do I do?

I opened a ticket with native access a week ago, and I have had little response to my problem and my mk3 remains idle.

It is a catch 22, I can't transfer the mk3 without the software and the software isn't available until i have transferred the id.

Frustrated with the lack of response from NI and my inability to do anything about it.

Any ideas anyone?

There might be some confusion here.

There is still no hardware serial for the mk3 on your account, without it you can't unlock the software serial for the Maschine software. You don't need to download the Maschine software to finish the licence transfer. Have you followed these steps? How to import a License Transfer ID to your NI Account

If that doesn't help I would recommend to give all the information and correspondence with the previous owner to my colleagues, with serials if you have them, transfer ids, etc…Since we have a lot of request at the moment, our reply times are longer than usual. Thanks for your patience.

It won't let me transfer without the base software and I can't access it anywhere.

According to the email I was forwared by native instruments it says that this software would be automatically added to my account and it wasn't.

So what to do?

Well, then what I said before: I would recommend to give all the information and correspondence with the previous owner to my colleagues, with serials if you have them, transfer ids, etc…
