About a month ago I bought KOMPLETE 15 COLLECTORS EDITION (Upgrade for KOMPLETE ULTIMATE). However, I can't use it because nothing can be installed using Native Access 2. The download starts, but moves very slowly, and before the very end it freezes and nothing happens.
Unfortunately, none of the recipes from this section helped. A ticket was created for the support service. But the support service is silent.
In my opinion, this is an extremely disgusting attitude towards customers.
And you don't need to write that Windows 11 is to blame. Other music applications are successfully installed on my computer. Moreover, even your Native Access 1 works fine. But Native Access 2 - no way.
Are you even going to deal with this problem?
I paid a lot of money for something I can't use.

Finally, the support team responded. And sent me links to download all the expansions I needed.
And, lo and behold, everything downloaded very quickly, and installed very smoothly, without a single comment.
I checked. Everything works.
I am very impressed. This is certainly not a solution to the problem with NA, but it is a solution to my personal problem with downloading expansions that I need. I got what I needed.

I found a very interesting installation method if you have a source from which you can take the content of already installed expansions.
You need to copy them to the content folder without changing the directory names and try to show where you have this extension using the specified button.

There is some chance that the expansions will be picked up and NA will recognize it as installed.
If this option does not work, then after copying the folder with the content to the content directory, click the install button, and it will install very quickly. I managed to install more than 30 expansions this way.
I wrote to support about the remaining 11. I really hope that they will send them to me.

Thank you for the follow up. It's good to know you got it working. And we'll take note of the alternate download solution.

I for one, never had any trouble with the old "Service Center". But that's been gone for at least 5 years now, and today we have to use Native Access. I found NA to be dodgy up until about 18 months ago, when a lot of things got fixed for me.

And as to download speeds, I do believe that there's some known or unknown issue with Native Access being able to do downloads at full speed. Sure, some percentage is going to be due to issues beyond the network cable coming out of one's PC, but my Spidey sense tells me that there's ALSO something going on INSIDE of NA, at least for some people under some conditions. And now that this alternate download solution is being made available, I suspect that NI knows it too.
