    That's not very feasible, remember that scripts+hw require 2-way communication.

    Technically, what should mostly work is to look at the controller editor template used by the script and make one exactly the same for your controller, then just select it as if it were an MK3… Thats what I did here to make it work for the M+ before it was officially supported by the script.

    Obviously, the M+ and Mk3 are almost identical, but if you have, say, an MK2 or Studio, it should be similar enought to mostly work.

    the github link was interesting to follow with the link to a youtube clip… and making the generic mappings that worked for older ableton version, so thanks for that…

    thats as far as i will explore… coding and the like just goes over my head,

    i'll stick to Reaper & simpler mapping with GUI's,

    yea the thought of making the adjustments like you did with the MK+ , is certainly worth considering for the Maschine Jam…

    i only have ableton live lite… so im limited from the get go… and i honestly dont use Ableton enough to warrant looking further into this…

    i think also the issue that would crop up with the Maschine Jam revolves around the fact you cannot jump between templates without using controller editor… this would pose a problem if i wanted to swing between my reaper midi mapping & that of Chiaki's Ableton mapping

    my thoughts about the middleman… were just ramblings LOL
