CRITICAL MULTIPLE ORDERS CONFIRMED GLITCH

Hello Native Access Community,
I've joined today and wanted to write about this recent issue, I'll try to keep it short as best as I can. I encountered a strange problem/glitch/bug with software redeeming. I’m a student and producer getting ready for University Entrance Exams, I started producing last year. I really love the KONTAKT Library and I hadn't have had any sounds so I wanted to get some. I saw the Akai campaign of you get to choose a KOMPLETE 15 SELECT license if you buy a midi keyboard, so I bought an Akai MPK MINI MK3 midi keyboard to use it while producing and get access to your guy’s software.
About two weeks ago I chose the Beats bundle and put in the code that Akai gave me to get that bundle for free. After I pressed the button the screen froze and had a spinning circle in the middle. I waited 15 minutes so maybe it would resolve on its own but it hadn’t. So I closed google and as soon as I did that I got bombarded with 40-50 order confirmed emails.
I checked my account and weirdly enough I had around 40 to 50 of this Komplete 15 Select Beats for Akai bundles each costing 99$ so in total around 4000-5000$ worth of bundles just sitting in my account. I had finals week so I couldn’t contact you guys earlier. I redeemed one for my account as I was supposed to and the others are sitting in the “NOT REGISTERED” section of my account. Each one has different serial numbers and they are redeemable so it’s not a visual glitch they are literally legit. I wanted to notify you guys of this glitch as it’s a huge problem and could cost thousands of dollars. Has anyone encountered this problem before? Do you guys have any advice on what I can do about it?, It would be great if someone from Native Access could contact me. Thank you for reading all of this it might’ve been a bit lengthy, sorry!

@metro_boomin A little feedback and good news, you haven't been charged for these extra licences. Thanks for reporting though, it seems that there was a glitch there. My colleagues will get back to you anyway.

@metro_boomin I checked your account, with indeed multiple Komplete 15 Select serials. I also found your request and escalated it. My colleagues should get back to you very soon. Terribly sorry about this issue, we'll make sure to sort you out.

of course no problem, I'm so glad to hear that, really to say I was shocked to see that amount of licences in my account would be an understatement 😂, I hope it'll get patched!

Hey Jeremy just wanted to check in it's been more then a week and I still haven't gotten a response. I actually bought an Arturia device and it comes with a select serial but I'm not really sure I should redeem it incase some serials end up deleted on my account and this Arturia one goes as well. What do you think I should do? I'd like to redeem it and use 'em as soon as possible to be honest, if it's an issue that can't be fixed would it be possible for you to cancel and revoke my ticket?

@metro_boomin You can register the serial, don't worry. The other issue is with a Komplete select for AKAI and that will not interfere. My colleagues should get back to you soon about it, I've pinged them again.

Hey sorry btw just wanted to ask again to be sure I got a different code and redeemed Komplete 15 Select Band for Akai today. Just wanted to ask it wouldn't mix up would it? The glitch happened to Komplete 15 Select Beats for Akai a few weeks ago. I redeemed Band Akai version with another product serial I bought today. Just wanted to check. Sorry for the inconvenience :)

No need to apologise! We are the ones who need to apologise here. Everything seems to be registered to your account, the Komplete Select Beats for AKAI and the Komplete Select Band for AKAI. You should have the products showing in Native Access, even though these 2 bundles have some products in common.
So these 2 won't be touched, only the unregistered ones that were the product of this glitch will be deleted and it shouldn't affect your rightfully registered products.
