Please!! How do I email support?
@Valtierra There is no direct email. Depending on your issue, which you didn't specify you can either use the chat, for purchase, account, registration or installation. If it's more related to a technical issue with a software or hardware, there are dedicated typefroms where you can submit a request.

Hello sir. I thank you so much for helping me. I can't run my maschine mk3 because the harware serial is leaking. Here's the serial :
Thank you if you can help me. Reply
You need to contact support with the links provided right before your comment. Only my colleagues have the necessary tools to help you. I deleted your serials, it's not a great idea to share these on a public forum.

Today it's impossible to contact Support, in Chat there is no bot replying or option to start any ticket. Tried multiple browsers.
That was a momentary issue. All fixed. I see that you managed to get in touch.
I’ve been through the chat bot trying to get serial numbers and receipt of purchase to them as I can’t register access to myself or get everything running as it should several times with no success, what next ?
The bot should give you a way to submit a support ticket once it's given up trying to be helpful. Did that not happen? Also, try it again during EU office hours and keep saying you want to talk to an agent. If that doesn't work let us know.
In future you're generally better off starting a new thread if you're having a new problem rather than tagging onto an old thread. That way it shows up in the "Unanswered questions" list so you'll get quicker responses :)
@Tim Salter I see that you are already in contact with my colleagues regarding your issues. It should be resolved soon.
