After emailing support and waiting for weeks I still don't have maschine software
So I emailed support weeks ago; they've responded multiple times with very vague and unhelpful responses that didn't solve my issue. I've explained multiple times, with pictures and proof, that I do not have the Maschine software for my Maschine device, which I registered on their website. It doesn't show up; I have everything else, but that. They refuse to answer me at this point, and I still don't have the software after pleading with them. I just want to use this device; I don't want to have to return it. Please, someone help me.

Would help to know if you actually have the Maschine 3 software product on your account or not : all products on your account are on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page , listed as either Not registered or as Registered Products. If the product is not on that page then we in the forum can not help you. But @Jeremy_NI , ought to be able to liaise to support and make sure that you get the software when/if he reads this when he is back (Jeremy_NI will be extremely busy)
