So I emailed support weeks ago; they've responded multiple times with very vague and unhelpful responses that didn't solve my issue. I've explained multiple times, with pictures and proof, that I do not have the Maschine software for my Maschine device, which I registered on their website. It doesn't show up; I have everything else, but that. They refuse to answer me at this point, and I still don't have the software after pleading with them. I just want to use this device; I don't want to have to return it. Please, someone help me.
