Maschine Software Will Not Show Up In Native Access To Download

    @Leokk More information might be helpful. Did you buy a Maschine second hand? Were you able to register it?

    I have this same issue. I had everything installed on my old computer and that seems fine, but it no longer shows up with NI Access 2 so I can't move it to my new computer that I'm upgrading to. I can still see the serials listed on my products page on the website for both the hardware and Software. It also still lets me download Massive on my new computer which came with my Maschine Mikro Mk2 White, so I'm at a bit of a loss.

    I should also add that I bought it new years ago and am the only owner it has ever had.

    @PhaTrix Are you 100% sure you put the right email address and log-in in Native Access? If you are and Native Access is not showing your products please get in touch with our installation specialists here: https://bit.ly/NI_support_NA

    I am having the same trouble.

    I used to use my registered Maschine MK2 in my older computer. Now I just decided to use in my new Macbook, so I intalled Native Access and Maschine Software is not appearing in any place.

    Where can I find it?

    @invictor Was it the Maschine 1 software or Maschine 2? Maschine 1 is not officially supported on newer operating systems.

    Hello, I have the same problem. I bought Maschine second hand. Did the transfer, registered it. Now I can't download the software. Why?

    hi. I’ve just purchased a new Maschine Mikro MK3 and the software Maschine 2 does not appear in Native Instrument. I’ve installed serial number and followed instructions then reinstalled and still cannot see Maschine 2 available.

    Any ideas would be really appreciated

    i have been trying to download everything to use my Maschine mk3 and i downloaded native access and installed and updated everything i could and put in the serial number but Maschine 2 isn't showing up and i need some help figuring this out

    thanks I thought I was going mad. Any idea how long it takes for anyone to respond. My lad is going mad that he can’t use his Christmas present!!

    I wonder if NI will have some seasonal good will and provide at least a voucher for those who've been unable to use their new toys over the break…

    hi all. Does anyone know of any other way of contacting Native Instruments? My lad is obviously really frustrated that he hasn’t been able to use it since Xmas day (he is only 10 but obsessed with this kit!!)
