Upgraded to Komplete 15 Collectors Edition from Ultimate on

12/15/24 for $599. Very next day 12/16/24, price dropped to $479.20

Is there any way I can get a refund of the difference or at least credit to buy additional software. I've created a support ticket in regards to this and I'm truly hoping NI would do the right thing by their customer.

    Same thing happened to me with ultimate 15, I also put in a ticket, I waited throughout the black friday/ cyber monday and then the holiday deals and no indication of the update ever going on sale so I bought it only to see it 20% less 2 days later, I'm not impressed

    I’m also looking for resolution to this issue. Same thing happened to me. I’d be happy with some sort of refund or at the least some credit for the same amount to spend. Did you submit a case and got a response? I submitted a case, but they’ve gone quiet.

    N.I. support do not work on Weekends or on holidays (meaning they are not working all of Christmas).
