Just downloaded Komplete Start, but in Native Access, I can't see the Leap expansions and Izotope…
Hello,
I've claimed Komplete Start for free, and in Native Access, installed Kontakt 8 and the majority of instruments/sounds. I also bought the Platinum Pop Leap expansion using the holiday code to claim it for free and installed that too. This expansion shows up in Native Access, but the Lo-fi Vibes and Acoustic Drums for Leap doesn't, nor does all the Izotope stuff.
I opened Kontakt 8 and the Lo-fi Vibes Leap expansion is actually installed, along with Platinum Pop, but the Acoustic Drums for Leap isn't. I've looked at my product, serials & download page on my account and there seems to be no serial code for the Lo-fi Vibes and Acoustic Drums for leap expansions, unless they come under Komplete Start - Expansions Selection, I don't know, but that doesn't explain why I can't see them in Native Access or why Acoustic Drums isn't installed.
How do I install the Acoustic Drums for Leap?
Also, how do I get the Izotope stuff too, I can't see Ozone EQ, Trash Lite and Vinyl anywhere.
I am running macOS Sonoma 14.5, on Intel 8-core i9, Native Access v3.16.0, Kontakt 8.1.0.

How do I install the Acoustic Drums for Leap?
Did you check Tab Leap in Kontakt 8 to see if it is there ?
Also, how do I get the Izotope stuff too, I can't see Ozone EQ, Trash Lite and Vinyl anywhere.
Check N.A. Librtary - Available
Also try checking your MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page for any third party iZotope serials to use at iZotope.
Else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access

I have logged into Izotope and can download the free stuff from there. I didn't see any of their serial no. in the Products, Serials and downloads page. We should be able to access these from NI's website, or have a link where we can go directly to Izotope to download them.
I have looked at the Leap tab in Kontakt 8 and tried resetting the Native Access XML file, but it made no change. See images below.
I was searching on the NI website to try and speak to someone, but all I see is this message, "Busy season in progress... Please note that due to a high volume of requests, the response time from our support is currently longer than usual. We thank you for your understanding."
So it seems like I can't talk to someone at this current time… It's why I resorted to leaving this post to see if the community can provide some answers.

Yes , you should be able to download the iZotope products mentioned in Native Access and you probably could if things were working as they are supposed to. However then being a Moderator here then with respect to most things here then I have no insight in anything that you or anyone else could not pickup in the same manner that I do . meaning that I work with what information that I have and I have to check all possibilities in case there has been any changes or if there has been any misunderstanding.
With respect to missing stuff then you could also have overlooked a voucher or something in emails so please check your emails for serials or vouchers including in your spam email filter. The Leap expansions (and maybe the rest also) ought to have been added to your account automatically but it doesn't hurt to double check things.
Other than that then again you have to contact support.
So it seems like I can't talk to someone at this current time… It's why I resorted to leaving this post to see if the community can provide some answers.
Sorry for your problems but there appear to be a misunderstanding with respect to 'support'. The only difference between now and any other time is that response time is longer. The closest you come to "speaking" with anyone is the chat, if chat is busy now or any other time or unavailable then a ticket will be made. Please read the help pages referred to ;

I have checked all my emails including spam, and the only thing I was sent was an invoice for the Platinum Pop Leap expansion that I purchased.
I found out why I couldn't speak to someone/support using chat or be able raise a ticket via email; my web browser, Mozilla Firefox wasn't showing the button to open a chat, so tried Safari and now have sent a ticket to see if my problem can be solved.
