General intro : There is no phone support and you can not initiate support by writing an email address. For initiating support then you need to use the support web interface.
First login, then in lower right side of browser then click the chat icon if it did not open by itself.

If the chat bot is not able to provide a solution, then continue the conversation until the chat bot escalates your case to a live chat agent or it creates an email support request, depending on the issue and live agents availability.

In case of log-in problems : then please notice the "Cannot log-in ? Check out our : Account Login & Password Support" beneath the log-in on page.

Website functionality : Should you have any webpage functionality issues then since functionality or lack of same could be a browser issue then first try private/incognito mode. If that does not help then also try another browser that you have not used before and with no extensions and all cookies accepted (my suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi browser and Opera browser ,depending on what you do not usually use)
The suggested browsers are what I expect will work if having never been installed before on the computer and then used as is with no extensions and all cookies accepted. (e.g. do not use an adblocker for the N.I. website)
