Have the same issue. Registered my device, but no software appeared in Native Access.

Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS (unless you are using a legacy OS , Mac 10.15 and earlier / Win 7 downloads), else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access

Thanks for the response. I removed Native Access XML file, but that didn't help.
I'm on latest version of Native Access, just downloaded it today.
Contacted support twice today through the chat bot, but no response so far.
