Maschine 3.0 software still not in Native Access (ordered 3 days ago)
I bought the 'Maschine 3 Bundle Update' 3 days ago, it shows my serial is registered, but I still do not see the Maschine 3.0 app in native access.
I use a maschine mk3 with maschine 2, which was already registered and works great.
I'm just still waiting for maschine 3.0 application to be available for download.
I also checked all the file locations if something was there to run or install, and did not see anything.

@woodsonby I quickly checked your account and everything seems to be in the right place, I also see that you submitted a support request. My colleagues will get back to you and hopefully work this out.

I've fixed the issue myself.
I deleted (backed up in another location) the file: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center\NativeAccess.xml, and restarted my computer.
Now I see the new Maschine 3.0 (and other software) in Native Access.
It's rather disappointing that I had to wait 5 days with no acknowledgement of my problem and it was that easy to fix…0

Yes I'd submitted a support request, but I didn't see any email acknowledgement (like it said to look for), so I wasn't sure if it had gone through.

Make sure you check Spam/Junk for those emails.

I've fixed the issue myself.

i tried this — support initially sent me those instructions but it didn't work for me (new maschine hardware owner with no prior maschine install).
just tried again. no progress for me at least

Yes , that is disappointing , especially since we know the standard support article and still nobody posted a reference to it. Sorry about that 👨💻 , we that roam the forum overlook stuff also 🤔
