I've done all these steps twice, but Native Access is still not working on my Windows 11:

    Exit Native Access

Kill any processes with NTK Daemon in Task Manager

    Delete C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\Native Access\resources\daemon\win\
Uninstall Native Access & NTK Daemon using Windows app uninstall.
Run the NI reg tool and if NTKDaemon is there remove it.
Then (if still there ) delete the following :
NTK folder from %ProgramFiles%\Common Files\Native InstrumentsNTKDaemon folder from %ProgramFiles%\Native InstrumentsReboot computer.

    Install version 3.11.1 AS ADMINISTRATOR
    RUN Native Access AS ADMINISTRATOR

Results will vary, but it is never possible to update any of the installed

    …………………………………..

I am not sure why my draft was posted and not the final post, which is:

I've done all or parts of these steps several times.
Results will vary, but it is never possible to update any of the installed NI apps on the few times it goes beond "Loading Products"

    Exit Native Access
    Delete C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\Native Access\resources\daemon\win\

Uninstall Native Access & NTK Daemon using Windows app uninstall.

Run the NI reg tool and if NTKDaemon is there remove it.

Then (if still there ) delete the following :
The NTK folder from %ProgramFiles%\Common Files\Native InstrumentsThe NTKDaemon folder from %ProgramFiles%\Native Instruments\

    Reboot computer.

    Install version 3.11.1 AS ADMINISTRATOR

    RUN Native Access AS ADMINISTRATOR

Before running Native Access I also tried these steps:
    Install C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\Native Access\resources\daemon\win\NTKDaemon 1.18.0 Setup PC.exe AS ADMINISTRATOR
Open Properties > Compatibility and mark "Run this program as administrator" for:
    C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\Native Access\Native Access.exe
    and
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\NTK\NTKDaemon.exe

    Try :

Uninstall Native Access & NTK Daemon using Windows app uninstall. (you may have to close NTKDaemon process in task manager to avoid uninstall hangs)
Run the NI N.I. reg tool and if Native Access & NTKDaemon is there remove it.

If the following folders are there then delete them :

Delete the Native Access folder from %AppData%\Native InstrumentsDelete the nativeaccess2 folder from %AppData%

Delete the nativeaccess2-update folder from %localappdata%

Delete the Native Access folder from %ProgramFiles%\Native Instruments

Delete the NTKDaemon folder from %ProgramFiles%\Native Instruments\

Delete the NTK folder from %ProgramFiles%\Common Files\Native Instruments

Delete the NativeAccess XML from %ProgramFiles%\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center

Delete the Native Access folder from C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments
Delete the NTK folder from C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments

    (Folder C:\Users\Public\Documents\ must exist)

    Then reboot

Install latest version of Native Access for your OS AS ADMINISTRATOR
    RUN Native Access AS ADMINISTRATOR

Hi everyone, we now have a test build available that should fix the issue of Native Access being stuck on loading products. Please check your DM and let us know there if it resolves your issue.

P.S. If you haven't received a DM from us, it's because it wasn't immediately clear from your comment in this thread whether you're encountering this issue. If you are, let me know.

Hi guys, If this can help anybody, I had some issues with 'loading products' message when reinstalling the Native Access Mac OS M1 with Sonoma 14.5 and the only way to get it to work was to remove the NI app from Mac completely by following this procedure: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/210291865-How-to-Uninstall-Native-Instruments-Software-from-a-Mac-Computer
