How to Update Installers on Komplete Hard Drives?

Hi,

Many installers on my Komplete hard drive are out of date due to updates released later.

I'd like to have the latest installers on that hard drive in order to have it as a backup drive and to install libraries much faster than downloading them via Native Access.

Where can i get direct links the archives/containers so i can replace them myself? I'd also like to know which Kontakt versions they support so i can prevent installing products/updates only compatible with Kontakt 7. (i'm still on Kontakt 6)

If this is not possible for some reason i'd still need direct download links because downloading large products via Native Access is extremly slow here (much slower than my actual internet connection speed)

There might be a few select version of a few software or libraries available for download , but totally impossible to point you to anything if you are not specific. Also you should not expect N.I. to in general be willing to deliver whole sets of 'updated' file versions ofneither past nor present bundle versions . From Komplete 14 I think that it was and going forward then in general it's more or less Native Access or no access.

i could look at the versions on my hard drive, make a list and then compare them to the current versions. Kontakt 6/7 compatibility complicates this. I already know the post with the latest Kontakt 6 versions, but i'm not sure everything is there. For instance today i had to ask for Session Strings Pro to be added to that page.

This is really cumbersome and complicated. I remember a time when my NI stuff just worked. Nowadays it's problem after problem.

Thank you for specifying , yes that is cumbersome / bothersome. But alas then there is nothing that I as a Moderator can do at all. To the extend available to him then Jeremy_NI can furnish you with download links but otherwise then you have to contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support

At the page N.I. Native Access and Installation Support be sure to scroll down to page bottom to see if there is a log-in request , if there is then log-in , at next page again scroll down and small blue chat box ought occur within 15 seconds. Then write in chat box and when getting suggestions then select did not help when it didn't , that ought to bring you on to either chat with human or open a ticket.

I may talk to support about these issues. I just wish Native Access could do all that without the need to contact anyone. For example, a setting that would only offer the latest Kontakt 6 updates.

Yes, there has been a lot of wishes , including the ability for registered users to freely download previous version of their software.
