Native Access Isn't Showing Me All My Applications, Instruments, Effects, Or Expansions
I am purely wondering if anyone else is having this issue, and whether I should email the NI Support for this issue.
Today I was opening an old session I needed to make a quick change and edit to.
When I went into Ableton and opened Kontakt on the instrument that needed tweaking, I came to find all my instruments were in Demo mode, not fully activated. (I have Komplete 14 Collectors Editions).
This got me questioning as to why this was and what had happened.
I then opened a new track with Kontakt and was asked to activate my Kontakt 7 itself. Which automatically opened Native Access for verification. On doing so, I came to see that Native Access was not acknowledging my collectors edition bundle, and none of the respective Instruments, Effects, Or Expansions were available.
However I still have them downloaded on my external drive, and they still show up inside Kontakt 7, inside the DAWs (FL, Ableton, Pro Tools).
Is there a fix. Or should I get in touch with support?
PS. The receipt for the payment is in my account history, and I tried re-entering my serial number, but nothing has changed.

Standard Trouble-shooter is this one : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access ,
Also check the usual ; ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access !!! ( How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS )
Unless that you are using a legacy OS then please be sure to be using latest version of the Native Access for your OS !
Else please also tell type of computer (other than Apple silicon?) and specific OS version and version of Native Access used !

Specs are MacBook Pro 2023, M2 - 16GB Unified, 500Gb Internal. Running Sonoma 14.3 (Patch older than the latest version (due to UA plugin issues)). With Native Access Running version 3.9.1 (most recent). All Libraries are downloaded onto a SanDisk 4Tb G-Drive.
I tried all of the tips you recommended, but unfortunately none of my lost libraries, and instruments have been brought back by Native Access.
I am contemplating the new Sonoma patch, however there have been reports of UAD users having issues after the patch with tier Apollos. Hence why I have refrained. Would this potentially be a cause for the issue?

Same problem here... And this problem already existed in 3.9.0 and I downgrade to the older legacy Native Access 1.14.1 and that works for me!

It's really hard to even try any qualified guessing , and it ought not be able to be a disk format issue if it worked prior ( Ref. Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats ) .
Also there recently have arrived issues with people that have problems due to Komplete Now subscriptions cancelled long time ago so I have no idea what is going on. I can call for @Jeremy_NI to hopefully maybe please take a look before he is gone for the weekend ?

The new Sonoma version (14.4) causes problems with iLok which is what UAD use to protect their native software, along with a bunch of other manufacturers. The recommendation from them is "don't upgrade until it's fixed" If you do an internet search for "iLok 14.4" you'll find a huge number of problems.

@HarrisonGreen_Au Just to be 100% sure, you have the correct log-in and e-mail entered in Native Access? I've checked your account and there's no trace of past subscription and your K14UCE is in there. You should definitely get in touch with my colleagues here: https://bit.ly/NI_support_NA
