Traktor 3.11.1 update via NativeAccess fails
Like the title says. Updating to 3.11.1 fails and queues the update.
NA is up to date. Tried logging out and in again..
Any ideas?

Well, if nobody installs the update, nobody will notice any bugs... 😉
Thanks for your warnings, but I´m aware of the risks. I´m trying/testing betas for a long time.
Seems like
I had not granted full disc access.Private Relay could have been the culprit. Now it´s working. Problem solved.EDIT:
Granted Full Disc Access for NativeAccess and NTK-daemon andre-started the Mac (and updated before PrivateRelay was connected). This resolved the issue for me.EDIT 2: First, I assumed Disc Access was the problem, after reading the comments I think PrivateRelay seems more plausible. For this reason I edited this post.

My problem was private relay was on if you've exhausted everything else try this I can't post links yet so ill paste in what the NI article says
Temporarily deactivate iCloud Private Relay for the installation.
- Close Native Access.
- Open the macOS System Settings > iCloud > Private Relay.
- (You can also use the System Settings search field to find the Private Relay setting.)
- Turn off Private Relay.
- Restart your computer.
- Start Native Access and install your products.
- After installation, open the System Settings again and reactivate Private Relay.
I've known it was on but didn't expect it to cause any problems like this

I had the same Private Relay issue. (MBP M3Pro). It happened with Traktor 3.10 and it just happened again with 3.11. :(
I'm not sure what re-triggered the Private Relay setting after I fixed it last time. Will need to research.

I'd wait a day or two before upgrading. Whenever a new release arrives there might be some issues, this may be one of them. At least speaking from my own software development experience and recently NI has some issues with Native Access as far as I'm aware.

The above advice is a good one, at least save the .app somewhere before updating as a backup.
If that doesn't work try changing your download location in the prefs.

I can't update to this version and it would do the same when trying to update to 3.11
Ive logged out/back in reinstalled native access multiple times tried the reinstall option and giving it full access in my privacy settings as well and nothing has worked. Im also not going to uninstall Traktor completely and not be able to reinstall it because of this happening of the past 2 updates.
Im on a 2020 M1 with os 14.3

Can you post the link to the NI article?

I haven't thought about Private Relay at all which I use, too.
Maybe my download finally worked because I updated immediately after the restart and before Privat Relay was established. 🤔 (Will edit my previous post, so nobody will be pointed in a wrong direction)

I can’t because I just started using the forums when I started having my issue, but I pasted in the steps to turn it off from it. It says at the top of the article if you’re getting download failed on Mac to disable private relay temporarily for it to download.
I have no idea why, but I’ve been using private relay since I bought my MacBook. Never had a problem with NI access updating until the 3.10 update which confuses me.

Yeah that is strange. but you know "tech be fickle". (and I am relatively tech savvy)
2 things:
1) I realized why the Private Relay was reset after I turned it off for the 3.10 update - there is an option to turn it off for 1 day - I obviously must have used that option.
2) I never had any issue updating via NA on my Intel Macs. I just bought my first Apple silicon Mac and it has happened for both updates exactly the same way. ... no steps that I take fixes the failed download. But turning off Private Relay + rebooting = instant download.

So... Basically, NA is not compatible with Private Relay? I havent tried it yet, I assumed it was just like any VPN.
