Native Access: Update download failed (temporary issue on 21/11/2022)

I am having this error, but the proposed solution doesn't work.

No compatible update found. Download failed. Please Check Your Internet Connection and try again.

Can I still use this software somehow?

@pawel_ There was a big incident yesterday with Native Access. Everything should be back to normal today.

Hey, had the same problem. Win 10 and NA1, could not get it to work. Worked perfect yesterday. Had to update to Native Access 2, download the file on NI:s homepage.

Well it isn't, this morning I finally could install Kontakt 6 but when trying to use Native Acces again to activate the factory content that I copied to a new drive Native Acces states that I have 17 products in stead of the 45 I had before.

Then trying later I have 45 products but while activating the factory content it fails and I'm back to 17 products and the content states; DEMO.

I hope that NI can fix this mess so I can use the product I bought and want to use.

@electricthing Yes, it seems that a little fraction users are still experiencing issues and there might be further interruptions, our teams are on it and this should be resolved soon. We'll keep you updated. We'll share an official statement soon.

Thanks for the response. For me it's working fine today.

I didn't try NA2 yet, as the download page sates that it's for Win 10 and 11.
