After Update Native Access to 3.0.1 / Traktor 3.6.2 Crash with generate a log

Hello everyone,

Yesterday, I updated Native Access to the newest Version. Also updated Traktor 3 Pro to Version 3.6.2.

When try to start Traktor, it's during about 30sec and then the Error-Message pop-up. With the notice there should be a crash-log in the directory. But there is no .log files into it.

I deinstalled Traktor, reboot Windows and re-installed it again. Same error again.

Did someone expirenced the same problem?

Any solution so far?

Unfortunately this is a known issue and a workaround is to downgrade to Native Access 1:

I see that you've contacted our support team and downgrading seems to fix the problem already. :)

Hier auch mit der 3.11 auf nem neuem PC mit WIN 11.
